Property care plans for Central Florida homes
Three recurring plans for homes and rentals in Celebration, Davenport, Four Corners, ChampionsGate and Clermont. Each one is priced for your property after we see it.
How care plans work
A care plan puts the recurring work your property needs on one schedule, with one crew and one invoice. You choose a starting point (Essential, Complete or Absentee Owner), we walk the property, and the quote lists exactly what’s included and how often. Nothing is added later without a new quote.
Compare the plans
Essential
The basics, done right every visit.
- Mowing at the right height for your grass
- Edging and string trimming
- Clippings blown off walks and drives
Complete
Lawn plus the beds and the problems.
- Everything in Essential
- Shrub trimming
- Bed weeding
- Fertilization timed to your county’s rules
- Irrigation check
Absentee Owner
For rentals and second homes.
- Everything in Complete
- Visits on a fixed day
- Photo report after each visit
- Problem alerts with options
Plan contents are a starting point; we adjust them to your property. Pricing depends on lawn size, access and frequency.
Which plan fits?
- Essential if you look after the beds yourself and want the lawn handled.
- Complete if you want the whole yard kept up, including the fertilizer and the sprinkler system, without keeping track of the rules.
- Absentee Owner for a vacation rental or a home you manage from out of state, where you need to know what was done without being there.
Property services like pressure washing, window cleaning or palm trimming can be added to any plan on a seasonal or quarterly schedule.
A plan follows the Florida year
Central Florida grass grows fastest in the summer rainy season and slowly in the cooler months, so visit frequency changes with it. UF/IFAS recommends never removing more than a third of the blade at a time, which means weekly mowing for most lawns in summer, and often every other week from late fall to early spring. Fertilizer follows UF/IFAS timing for Central Florida (first application in early April, last in early October) and the ordinance for your county. See the Florida lawn calendar for the full year.

Care plan questions
Can I change what’s in my care plan?
Yes. Plans are a starting point. Tell us what to add or remove and we quote the change before it applies.
Do mowing visits change in winter?
Grass grows slowly in the cooler months, so many lawns can be mowed every other week from late fall to early spring. Your quote says how the visit schedule changes by season.
How do I get a price?

What changes the price of lawn service?
Mainly the square footage of turf, how easy the yard is to reach (gates, slopes, fenced pools) and how often we visit. Extra services like trimming, cleanups or fertilization are priced on their own.
How can I pay?
Zelle (407-577-6400), ACH bank transfer, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo (@galapagoslawncare), Cash App ($galapagoslawncare), and credit or debit cards.
