What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, details about the service you want, photos you choose to upload, and your preferred language and contact method. We also record how you found us (for example, the page you landed on and campaign tags in the link) and, if you agree to text messages, the consent you gave and when.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, and invoice you
- To contact you by phone, email or text message about your request and service
- To understand which pages and ads bring customers to us
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — such as website hosting, our database, email and text-message delivery, maps and spam protection — and with a licensed pest control provider when you request pest control.
Website chat
If you use the chat assistant on our website, we keep the conversation in our customer records so our team can follow up. Messages are processed by an artificial-intelligence provider to generate the replies. Don’t share payment card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.
Online payments
Card, Apple Pay and bank (ACH) payments made from an invoice link are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies to remember your language choice. Where enabled, we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager), Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics to measure how the site is used, and Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam on our forms. Address search and maps on the quote tool use Google Maps.
