Lawn and property care for vacation rental owners
Galapagos keeps vacation rentals in Davenport, ChampionsGate, Four Corners, Celebration and Clermont guest-ready: lawn care on a fixed day before arrivals, palm and pool-area cleanups on vacant days, pressure washing and house cleaning from the same team, and photos for owners who live far away.
Your lawn is in the listing photos
Guests see the front yard twice before they unpack: in the listing photos and when they pull into the driveway. A shaggy lawn, brown fronds over the entry or fruit stains on the pool deck tell them the house is not looked after, and they say so in reviews.
A schedule built around turnovers
Tell us your usual check-in days and we pick a fixed visit day that lands before arrivals. Quiet, quick work — mowing, edging, blowing the entry and the deck — fits between check-out and check-in. Noisy or messy jobs go on vacant days:
- palm trimming over the pool cage and the lanai
- tree work and storm cleanups
- pressure washing of drives, decks and screen enclosures
- mulch and planting projects
If a booking changes, text us and we move the visit.
One team for outside and in
Rental owners juggle a lot of vendors. We cover the yard, the palms and trees, pressure washing, window cleaning, house cleaning and carpet cleaning, and arrange pest control through a licensed provider. One schedule, one invoice and one phone number: (407) 577-6400.
Sprinklers in a house nobody lives in
In an empty house, a broken sprinkler head can run on schedule for weeks before anyone notices, and a controller left on an old schedule can break the current watering order. On every visit we look at the zones that run that day, flag heads that are broken or spraying the house, and keep the controller on your district’s day. Repairs are quoted through our irrigation and sprinkler service before we touch anything.
Where rentals cluster
Many short-term rentals in our area sit in the resort communities around Davenport, in ChampionsGate and across Four Corners, along US 27, US 192 and I-4. Each has its own gate rules, watering district and HOA standards; our city pages cover them, and we register with your community as a vendor before the first visit.
Storm season from a distance
Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. Before it starts, a cleanup of dead fronds, fruit and loose limbs removes most of what becomes debris. After a named storm passes, we can check the property, clear the drive and the deck so the house is usable, and send you photos of any damage the same day.

Questions from rental owners
Can you coordinate with my property manager or cleaner?
Yes. Give us their contact and we share the visit day, gate instructions and any photos with them as well as with you.
Do guests have to leave while you work?
Not for regular mowing and edging, which we schedule before arrivals when possible. Noisy or messy jobs — palm trimming, tree work, pressure washing — go on vacant days.
Can the same company clean inside the house between guests?
Yes. House cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning are part of our property services, so the inside and the outside can be booked together.
How can I pay?
Zelle (407-577-6400), ACH bank transfer, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo (@galapagoslawncare), Cash App ($galapagoslawncare), and credit or debit cards.
Why does Zelle show a different name?
Zelle payments appear under our registered name, CG El Quinde Shop Corp. If you’re unsure, call (407) 577-6400 before sending.
